We do not sell your personal data. We do not sell or share phone numbers for marketing. Your information is only used to provide the Book'in service and is shared with third-party service providers (listed below) solely as needed to operate the platform.

SMS

• If you opt in, we send transactional texts such as booking confirmations, reminders, and cancellation/reschedule updates.
• We use Twilio to deliver SMS and share your phone number only for message delivery.
• Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile data protection
